Are you currently unemployed and want to start a new career path with financial support?
Explore your education and career options by attending Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÍøÕ¾ with financial funding from Better Jobs Ontario (BJO), formerly Second Career.
Return to school to be retrained with Better Jobs Ontario and receive up to $35,000 towards your program, if you qualify for funding. Additional funding may be available for disability needs, dependent care, living away from home allowance, and LBS.
Receive skills training for in-demand jobs and financial support for:
- tuition
- books
- student fees
- supplies, and more
Better Jobs Ontario aims to help you rejoin the workforce quickly. Funding is eligible for programs running up to 2 years or less, including micro-credentials.
If you are unemployed or working a temporary job you may qualify and can still receive EI, OW, or ODSP.
Have you been laid off? If you're looking to now retrain for a job in a sector with more employment opportunities, then you may also now qualify for Better Jobs Ontario.
